Jackie Robinson, the former UNLV, NBA player and local businessman, disclosed his plans for strop resort and arena

The All Net Arena and Resort, which is privately-funded USD 1.3 billion project, is ready to break ground early in 2014, and its opening is planned for December of 2016. The location of the complex will be on the strip of Las Vegas, between the Fontainebleau and SLS Las Vegas Hotel Casino.

The World Class Arena is unique and is the developmentĀ’s shining start. It features four levels and an 862.500 square feet in total, with a retractable roof. There will be a 22,000 seating capacity for basket and 21,600 for rodeo, boxing and hockey. 22,800 sq. ft. will be allocated for conventions and concerts .A night club and a classic restaurant will also be present. 75 luxury box/suites in total will provide exclusive VIP member access to the arena via a private entrance with parking. The arena is elevated to such a high level by the concept that only a venue of this magnitude will be able to accommodate.

The 300,000 square feet promenade Victory Plaza will take visitors from Las Vegas Boulevard to a retail and fine dining and a lush landscaping, as well as outdoor staging, seating and water features. The Plaza is made in such a way as to switch design themes for special activities, events, celebrations and holidays.

The resort of 27 acres is enhanced by a Five Star Spa Hotel with luxurious boutique having 500 specialty suites. Each has a private area for salon services and in-room spa. The hotel will feature an outstanding restaurant with an exquisite wedding chapel, private lounge, specialty clothing, reception area, salon and a full service spa.

Dr. Michael K. Evans from Evans, Carroll & Associates, a renowned economist, has made an economic study that concluded that the jobs create in hotel operations, arena and construction will be more than 19,000, and it will attract the support and interest of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA)/ the United States Department of Commerce, a client of which is Mr. Robinson himself. The architect of the project is the Cunningham Group Architecture, Inc., a Minneapolis headquartered international firm having officer five other US cities apart from Las Vegas, and also in Beijing and Seoul.
